When god and grief meet
Grief touches every life, and no one should have to walk that path alone. St. Alban's is beginning a grief support group--a safe, confidential space to share, listen, and find comfort in faith and community.
This small group will meet on every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 10-11AM in the Church Office conference room. Each session includes prayer, Scripture, gentle reflection and open conversation. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, you are welcome. The group will be facilitated by Helene Daigneault, with a spirit of compassion and hope rooted in Christ's promise of healing.
